History

Firm founder Steve Gibbins inherited the practice from his father, a former president of the American Trial Lawyers Association.  For more than 25 years, Mr. Gibbins has passionately represented injured clients, during which time he has won almost every case he has tried.  His verdicts and settlements often range from the hundreds of thousands to the millions; in his very first trial he won his injured client an award of more than $2 million.  This track record of success can be attributed to Mr. Gibbins' practice of only accepting those cases that he fully believes in, and preparing thoroughly for trial in each case he takes on.  From large insurance companies to law enforcement officers, no defendant is too big or powerful for him to challenge.
