Steve Gibbins
Steve Gibbins is an experienced trial attorney focusing his practice on representing plaintiffs who have been the victims of personal injuries, car accidents, defamation, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and police abuse. Mr. Gibbins' offices are located in Austin, Texas and he provides legal services to clients throughout the state, including in Houston and Dallas.
Mr. Gibbins has been representing injured plaintiffs for nearly thirty years. In his first jury trial, he obtained a verdict of over $2 million for his client against a city defendant. Since that time, he has won almost every case he has taken to trial. Mr. Gibbins is passionate about helping clients who have a sincere desire to obtain a just and fair recovery, and he genuinely values his client's opinions; without the combination of his judgment and their assistance, he could not have obtained such stellar verdicts and settlements.
Steve Gibbins was born in Austin, Texas and is a longtime resident of the state. He received both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Texas at Austin.

Dee Dee Gonzalez, Paralegal
Dee Dee Gonzales is a paralegal at the Law Offices of Steve Gibbins and handles client intake. Ms. Gonzales has 25 years of experience, including assisting with personal injury practices and handling all aspects of property damages claims. She has experience in all the areas that help make a plaintiff-focused law firm run efficiently and effectively, including working for 16 years as a legal assistant.
As part of her duties with the firm, Ms. Gonzalez regularly reviews medical records and screens incoming clients. When an injured client is in need of medical attention, she arranges for doctor consultations. Ms. Gonzalez also has nine years of experience as a negotiator and has acted as a liaison between insurance carriers to resolve liability issues. In addition, when a settlement or award is owed to a client, she also works in collections.
